hey all. I'm new here, and i'm looking to buy myself a GN.

I found one nearby (Southern Alberta) which is in mint condition.

I'm trying to figure out how much I should offer for it. it's... this one:

My father and I went to check it out, and it is absolutely perfect. The engine is spotless, it runs like new, the Turbo works perfect, it absolutely HAULS... there is no rust, at all. and the previous owner absolutely loved his car. he never ate in it, never smoked in it, nothing. He has a stack of paper probably an inch thick, detailing every bit of work ever done on it, every oil-change, you name it.
It's completely stock, except for a timer on the dash. lots of tread on the tires.

They're asking CAD$18000 for it. However the guy said they are very open to offers. Any suggestions on what I should offer for it?

That price seems a bit high given the mileage. I recently paid 19,700 US for a Mint GN with astroroof that had 4,722 miles. I think the value of a clean car is still up there, but I wouldn't pay anymore than 13-15k for a nice GN with over 60k miles.
