Well, for a little while now I've had a slight vacuum leak. Since then I've changed out all the lines, the pcv valve, and changed out the vacuum block with a new aluminum one. I never realized that the fact that my lack of controlling the direction in which the dash vents point and my loss of cruise control might be the factor. I ordered a replacement valve for the one that sits behind the coil pack. Today I pulled out the actual fan controller dash section and noticed that the part that changes the selection (the black wheel thing) is loose and there was a white circular plastic head that looks like it came off a pin. I have a feeling this is where my vacuum leak is coming from. Any ideas if this is the issue and if so where I can get the parts to replace it? Thank you.

Replacing the vacuum selector valve is a good start. You have a vacuum leak somewhere. Double check all of the hoses too. You can get all of those parts from a dealer or the usuall parts stores like AutoZone or NAPA.
