Heres some pics of a Conleys sheet metal intake(on the left) sitting next to a Hogans sheet metal intake(on the right)

According to what ive read about custom intakes,you want plenum volume to be roughly 1/2 of the engine size(example 3.8 liter engine=1.9 liter plenum volume),the longer the runners the better for tq,and you want the injector location to be a few inches away from the valve for atomization.

And its for sale on ebay if anyone wants to go REALLY fast on stock style heads;)

Nice piece!

The runner length and injector placement (as well as plenum volume) are a very complex subject. The good news is that with a turbocharger (or other forced induction motor) a lot of those things are less critical than with a N/A application.

The modeling of intake manifolds is quite the science (I've seen the OEMs designing them using some pretty powerful computer modeling tools).
