I was told by the previous owner of my car that the injecters are 42.5# they have a blue stripe around them,I would like to remove one so I can have it positively identified since my chip is made for that size injecter, but Im not sure how to properly remove them.Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,Booster

Booster, read this over http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/fuelsystem/injector_swap.html has some good basic instructions on taking up the fuel rail and getting to the injectors. I did notice it says to take the pressure regulator off, but I believe you just have to take the fuel line off that attaches to it. Other than that it should get you started in the right direction... Also look here for some injector numbers that might help you identify your injectors http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/fuelsystem/injflow.html

...or just give us the numbers off one injector. No need to remove them. :nono: Chances are very good we can identify them.

That is the Lucas 42.5# injector. That number is the new number for them.
