What is this chip? (Was: Need new turbo)

Also, I took the old chip out to find out if it would work with my new combo. It has RN stamped on it with a red label as well. Top rh corner is a 6, middle is R93, bottom left is a 6, bottom right is a 4. Any info on this chip?

i have the same chip but mine has a 1 in the bottom right. does anybody know what size/kind injectors these are for?
