stock turbo or not?

My buddy has a Garrett turbo that he thinks is from an '85 GN. Numbers on it are as follows, A/R .60 M10 on the intake and A/R .83 M30 on the exhaust. someone told me that it has a precision exhaust housing. i dont know what is stock so if someone can shed some light on this i would greatly appreciate it. thanks for the help guys.
