heat/ac control

Hi !
I'm new ti this forum, I've done a lot of search but didn't find the anwser
I recently bought a Grand National 1986, I have a touch heat/Ac control
I thought it was normal, but after having seen several images, none had a touch heat/ac control

everything work perfect, I just want to know if this car had an option for this kind of control or it was modified

That was a factory option...through '86. It was not available for '87.
