I'm going to powder coat my tensioner pulley and as a result I will need to have the bearing pressed out. Once the powder coating is complete I would like to replace the bearing with a new one. Does anyone know where I could order this bearing from?

Thanks.

I actually just checked online and it appears Grainger might have the bearing, now I just need the dimensions to see if they carry what I'm looking for.

I just powdered mine without. We'll see how it works when the engine goes back together

The bearing size is 6203(2R). If i remember right, that 2R neans, that there is the seal in both sides of the bearing as hould be anyway. Any bearing shop will store this type bearing.

I finally spotted a number on the bearing and it is 6203LU. Based on what you have said, I'm guessing this is the size.
