Overdrive

My 87 T will no longer go into overdrive. Any simple solutions or is it time for a rebuild? Car has 140K on it.

Any previous issues with the transmission?

Is the fluid at the proper fill level?

Do you have a scan tool, and if so do you show a 4th gear engagement signal?

Any issues with reverse?

This is the first and only problem with the trans. Fluid level ok and has been changed every 15 to 20K. Reverse works fine. Don't have a scan tool.
