i spin a main bearing in the bottom of my 3.8, so now i want to buy a new crank, an oil pump, an main bearing. my question is so do anyone know if i can put the crank in the motor brand new or do i got to get the crank turn with the old rod then put in the motor? also what best way to rebuild the bottom end if the spin the main bearing?

You need to have everything sized to the new crank, including the mains and the rods.

Best way to rebuild is to take the engine out of the car, disassemble and take it to a machine shop. Have them steam clean the block, resize the rods, insure the mains don't need a line hone, new rod bolts, new main bolts, new bearings, new rings, etc.

Anything else is sort of a shot in the dark ... which works fine on an old driver (I did it with an old 3.0 FWD winter beater back in the day. Lasted another year before it grenaded on the way home from works :D)
