need advice on whaT TO BUY FOR MOTOR

I had a local machne shop do my motor. A few years back..
Now i got the car all put together i got low cylinder pressure.. On 3 & 5
so now that i got to take it apart.
I want to put a hydraulic cam but dont know what one to buy.
Or what else i should do think my rings went bad from not starting for a few years..

I'd almost bet it's a headgasket not sealing between 3 and 5. I'd carefully check the block deck and cylinder head deck to make sure nothing is warped or has a bad surface.

It should be pretty apparent if that's what it is as soon as you take it apart.

Highly doubt it's rings...
