Fuel Leak

I have a fuel leak which appears to be coming from the front of the engine towards the bottom not from the rail . Im assuming this is why my car is unable to start any ideas on where the most likely source of this leak is coming from and how to fix? Thanks very much

Could be one of the lines, possibly the supply line prior to going up to the regulator on the fuel rail. However, isn't that on the driver's side?
