Scott - I see that you reference the green single terminal connector behind the A/C compressor. I found the connector melted the other day, and have been trying to locate a wiring diagram to see what it was all about. Can you shed some light on that circuit for me?

It is a 5v squarewave tach signal from the ignition module. It is NOT compatible with all tachs. Some manufacturers can mod theirs to work if they normally won't. Casper's Electronics sells an adapter that can help, too.
