I have been trying to dial in my 87 gn in for a while now and have come across a couple issues. I am running red's xp pump with 42.5 pounders, afp regulator, and red's 93 chip. 1 week ago i had my fuel pressure set at 48 and the low rpm driving(normal,cruising) the a/f was great. Although WOT i was getting some moderate knock. I lowered the fuel pressure to 43 psi and my WOT knock is completely gone but i am running very rich not only at idle but also cruising. I guess my question is what could be causing this. I'm fairley new to tuning of these cars so bare with me. Thanks......(not trying to revive a dead horse here but any suggestions would be appreciated).
