I want to put in a trany cooler but I have two people telling me to ways to do it and I want to know wich is the right way or the best way for my car.
Person 1 says to run the hot line from trany to new cooler then to stock cooler then back to trany so it doesn't get to cool?
Person 2 says to run hot line to new trany cooler then back to trany because you can't make the fluid to cool any ways?
I'm planning on buying a low pres drop cooler or do I realy need to spend the exstra money for one of these and just get a plain cooler insted?
Thanks
Paul

run it to the chilled side of the radiotor then to the cooler.
or you can run it striaght to the trans cooler.

either way will work

Most auxillary cooler manufacturers will instruct you to run from tranny to radiator, then from radiator to auxillary and then back to the tranny.

This aids in bringing the tranny up to operating temp quicker (most valuable in northern climates in winter).
