1982 Grand National

I can buy an '82 Grand National for $2500. It is all there but needs complete restoration. The car was a dud performance wise but they looked great and would be cool to own one of the first GN's. However, it looks like a lot of work I don't really like to do. They are rare and I'm having trouble finding a value for one. Would this thing be worth a mint, or just a cool piece of history without much demand?

I think it would be a cool piece of history without much demand. In most cases you have more $$ into a restoration than you could get back and I think this car would definitely not be an exception to the rule. If you are patient you could probably find a pretty solid one that needs a lot less work for a few thousand $$ more.
