Finally figured out where my AC was leaking. I purchased one of those dye cans of the 134a refrigerant and put it in to see where my leak was. Looks like it is coming from the compressor around the backside rim and where the hoses connect. So I need to replace the compressor. Anything special I need to know about replacing the compressor or is it just a bolt on part? Also are there any recommended places to get a compressor other than the obvious places? I would like to keep the car original looking. Also any other common problem parts I should replace on the A/C system while I am at it?

Nothing special, that I can think of, except while you're at it, get another orifice tube (for 134a, not the original) and replace the dryer, if the system has been leaking enough to let moisture in.
