I have a 84 olds cutlass supreme that i use as a drag car. What is the largest size slick that i can fit into my car without notching the frame? Also, what size 15 in rim should I use...width and backspacing

What about diameter?

Bigger isn't always better if you don't have the horsepower to carry them...
