I have a 87 gn with 80,000 miles When I hold the brake to try and make boost I barley get anything. Car never has been able to burn out since I got it, but on the freeway or at speed it really moves. Headers appear to have never been touched, can I safely assume that they have cracks and should be replaced automaticly? How are those stock ATR replacement headers.

Second item, After the car is warmed up If I come to a complete stop then get back on the gas the car sucks air then dies. Where do I begin with a problem like this. Plugs and wires are new, TPS is adjusted, static fuel pressure was moved up to 40 psi at idle.

Third, When the car hits about ten pounds of boost I can hear detonation starting to come in. I have always stayed out of this zone by backing off the throttle, but how could I make an adjustment to the car to prevent this. Thanks all for your help! :hail:
