I just installed a 3" LT1 MAF and Translator. I have the switches set to:
on-on-on-off. Base and WOT are set on "B". It seems to run great until about 75-100% throttle. It really bogs down badly at this point. I really cannot seem to get the car to run at all with the Base setting on any of the #s, only the letters. How should my settings be adjusted?

The Translator is the newest version (I think 6.2). My ECM has the ATR Pit Bull chip. It's old too, probably no newer than 1999. I also have my stock chip, which I have been considering switching to for...

Seriously though, what is "limiter" or "no limiter"? Also, why now after installing the translator, do I get a bad bogging down of the motor after heavy throttle usage? It runs great up until about 75% and then suddenly its just like I hit a brick wall. The motor stops accelerating and the boost will no longer increase... It's almost like there is a rev limiter or something. Who can tell me which settings you are using with your translator for best results?

ok dip switches should be set
1-3 should be on
if your car ran fine before the translator, then your knobs should be set to
"0" which means no change in your chip.
you said you had your WOT knob at "B" that means its 10% leaner .
PS #3 dip switch "Limiter" GN limiter must be used unless Extender Chip is installed in vechile.
If you look under the cover of your translator, it tell you what all the letters and numbers do.

Tomorrow I'm gonna put the old MAF back in and see if my boost problem goes away. If it does, then there must be something wrong within the LT1 MAF/Translator, right?
