SoCal Tuners/Smog Test

Does anyone know of a good Turbo specialist in Orange County (Ca.)? I just bought an '87 GN with 32K miles. Car was sold originally in Illinois and I drove it from Ill to California and it ran perfectly. However, when idling it seems to run rich ( I smell gasoline) and idles a little rough (@ approx. 1K). I'm worried about taking it to a smog station here before I'm relatively sure it will pass smog test. In California, if you fail once, you are put on a "red flag" list and they make you test it every year to re-register.

Any suggetions?
