Any Info On Fixing The Rpm Lights

The Rpm Lights On My 87gn Dont Work. They Stay On A Cross The Board,when You Start The Car,the Lights Go On One At A Time To It Get To The End And Then They Stay On. Dont Have A Clue On Were To Start.any Info At This Time Will Help.
