Since these are specialty cars, it comes down to what it is worth to an individual ... without seeing the car in person, I'd say that it has a really nice stance, nice paint, and according to the modifications he listed, it looks to have a good combination.

I personally would pay in the $9K-10K range for it, due to the interior needs and I'd have to see how it ran. The seller seems to be kind of clueless as to what it really is and how it is supposed to run.
