The cheapest good system is from Hooker, and uses two mufflers. It's less than $300, and you can get it at Summit. Most of the Buick vendors, like Poston's, Jack Cotton, etc, have systems in a variety of materials and prices. Just shop around, and get whatever you feel like matches your budget and your goals for the car.

Depends on what your needs are. Is noise a concern, or a desire? Is cost a concern? You've already said that you want stainless.
Single outlet systems will be lighter, but louder.

p.s. i live in toronto ontario cananda(1/2 hr away).
noise does matter , although a little louder than stock is ok.
stainless would be nice , although the oem system lasted 19years.
i park this baby away for the winter!!!
