I'm considering replacing my body mount bushings. Is there any benefit to the Energy Suspension polyurethane bushing set compared to the OEM bushings?
From a "performance driving" point of view I'd think that the firmer poly bushings would probably be better...
Also, according to Summit, the Energy Sus. kit is 24 pcs. I'm assuming that's upper and lower bushings, so 12 "mounts" in all. The chart on this web site shows 14 mounts as OEM....so does that mean that Energy Suspension is leaving out the "GNX bushing" from their kit?
If I wanted to add the "GNX" bushing, either to the OEM set or the Energy Sus. set, is that just the Cutlass part from here: http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/bodygauges/mounts.html ?
Thanks in advance.
