EGT Location

I recently bought an ETG and need to weld a Bung for the sensor.
Where is the best place to locate this?

EGT - Exhaust Gas Temperature sensor

I would suggest up near the O2 sensor. Mine is basically opposite the O2 sensor. Insure that it get's an open shot of the exhaust, NOT blocked by the O2 sensor. Place it so that it will not interfere with anything else, and the leads will not get melted by the pipes, etc.
