Build sheet?

What location is the build sheet usually found? I have 2 GN's one I was given the sheet upon purchase the other I'd like to find in the car. Help would be appreciated. Emil at Oldnelle@optonline.net

I've heard they are often under the rear seat. Have never found one in my car.

Rear seat and driver's side interior door panel ... that's where I found mine.

If they're not found, is there anywhere (or anyone) who can replicate the info from some other source?

If you have the VIN, you can actually request the original invoice from GM's historical services for a small fee.

I did it a couple years ago (I think it cost $25?) and they sent me a paper copy and emailed a PDF of my car's sticker/invoice.

I originally ordered it from the factory, so I had a lot more info, but I don't think I needed anything special.
