What is the procedure for replacing rear bumper fillers? Thanks in advance.

Paint parts to match. Mine came from a rattle can; fine with me until everything else gets paint.

Remove rear bumper (which weighs 3X what I thought it should) and license plate bracket. This will reveal speed nuts that hold the filler panels to studs on the body. Removal of the taillight assy might be needed to get the ones across the top edge.

I had a mixture of GM studs and sheet metal screws holding mine on; it looked like someone had been in doing a half-*ssed repair at some point. I was working with YearOne replacement panels that came with the car. I wouldn't recommend them at all. :mgun: Poor match to the body lines/lights, holes 1/4" off etc etc. After a couple of hours with the rattail file, I got to a good 20-footer fix.

Simple in theory, I had some difficulty in execution due to the poor fit of the new parts. Good luck.
