Replaced my coil pack, ignition control module, plugs, and plug wires. Still runs really rough on start up but seems to smooth out as it warms up. It threw a 13 MALF after I set the IAC and TPS. Will a bad O2 sensor make the engine sputter and miss?

I would suggest unplugging it and try running the car that way. There will be the "Check Engine" light, and it won't run as well. Please don't do any high boost running. However, it will run in a speed-density mode and ignore the MAF. It will also ignore any air leaks. Hopefully all of yours are already taken care of.

Unhooked the MAF and it basically keep dying, couldn't get out of the driveway. What does that tell me?

Earlier today I took a short drive and did a TurboLink recording. The missing/sputtering was intermittent. The O2 readings went as high as 850. Is that out of range?
