does anybody know the name of the line that goes from the radiator to the top of the oil filter? I cant seem to find it anywhere.

They are called engine oil cooler lines.
The GM numbers are as follows:
The upper is outlet and it is #25530419
The lower is inlet and it is #25530418

I plugged in those numbers, and while they are correct, they have apparently been superseded. You can buy the hoses from Kirban or, if you want to go fancy get the braid ss from Johnsperformance.

Thanks for the info I figured that's what they were called but I couldn't find then on any autoparts website.
