What chip should I buy?

I'm having some problems with my car (look here (http://www.gnttype.org/forums/showthread.php?t=5306)), and the suggestion is to find a new chip. There are many to choose from, so I need some advice.

Here is what my car looks like now:

Garret TB03 Turbo
Garret 3" down tube
Stock Fuel Injectors
Stock MAF (upgrading to translator VERY soon)
K&N Cone Filter
MSD 8.5MM Plug Wires
AC Delco Plugs
Air Bags in rear
Stock fuel pump (no hot wire kit yet)
20 PSI Boost Gauge
Autogauge RMP Gauge
ANS Performance Knock Alert
Shift Kit in Trany
OTC2000 Scantool

Everything else is stock. My intentions are to run my GN at the track. What's the recommendation?

I still like Red Arstrong (Quad Air) chips.

There are lots of options. All suggested so far are solid ones.
