Carter Fuel Pump

Anyone ever use a Carter fuel pump. Think it will get me by for a while if I turn the boost down and drive conservativly?

It is brand new with a lifetime warranty, and it's sitting on a shelf out in the garage...... my old BGC pump is dead.

Happen to have a p/n or flow spec?

part# 74074 and I believe flow is 38 gals per hr. 50 psi relief, and no way that I can see to shim it???

I think my old BGC pump was a modified/shimmed AC/Delco

i sell carter fuel pumps and they are oem replacement not much more for a few bucks more walbro would give you a peace of mind
