The 700-R4 is a Chevy bellhousing only, so it will not bolt up. It can be done with an adapter plate. But the ratios are slightly different from the 200-4R. Rear mount may be at a different point as well. Check elsewhere on this site for details.

A BOP bolt pattern TH350 will bolt right up to the engine. Naurally, the rear mount is at a different position, so you will have to move the crossmember. Plus, you woud need a different torque converter. You may have to alter your driveshaft length as well. The TH350 does not have overdrive or a lockup converter, of course.
