how hard is it to replace the rear trailing/control arm bushings ? I heard it can be quite a b***h.. is that right?
and those aftermarket aluminum control arms... they look as if they already have bushings in them. is that true? are they literally a drop in part ?

I just went with the UMI tubular upper and lowers ($210). They already have the bushings in them. My mechanic bolted them up in less than an hour, greased them up and ready to roll. Nice pieces and a dramatic difference even on regular street tires. BTW, I also had all new Bilsteins and a 1" sway bar put on at the same time and love the combo. I swear my car is faster and probably due to the reduced wheel spin. :brows:

are you talking about the ones in the rear end housing itself? Those are kinds a bitch to get out, but the sperical ones " aluimnum ones" go in very easy
