Every GN I've looked at in my area (Central North Carolina) has 1/8" bubbles behind the doors on the lower front rear quarter pannels. The bubbles are very solid, and no matter how hard I press on them, nothing happens as far as bursting, popping etc.....which makes me think it might be factory filler instead of rust.........Is this normal, or a major issue that needs to be corrected by a reputable auto body repair facility? thanks.......
