You may have to have Limit Engineering or Precision rebuild your current one. I have my spare(5000 miles) one which I had Limit rebuild but the cost was like over $600. I have way too much money in my spare turbo that it makes more sense for me to keep it. I would give either of the companies a call. Limit does offer an upgrade as well over stock. Good luck- Brad

Be careful...You can rebuild if you wish. But if you do not get it rebalanced afterwards, you may risk having the new bearings last a very short time. Talk to a good turbo source or a diesel shop. Not expensive, but a good idea.

you can get a new cartridge from precision turbo for around 350 bucks you have to send in your core first though. And just use your housings. Just bolt them on and go.
I just did that last week. Turbo is working better than ever. I sent them my turbo and had my new turbo all in the same week. Great turn around and excellent service.
