faster windows

i found this on montecarloss.com about puting relays in the window circut to make them moove faster they are using the 82-92 camaro switch but if you find which wires on the buick switch you can use the factory buick switch. one relay for up and one for down. heres a wiring diagram

Haven't gone to the site yet. Do they say what they're using for relays?

An article on our site shows how to get faster windows using the faster, stronger motors from an earlier Regal.

Not sure how just a wiring change would really help.

Only advantage with that relay setup is for safety.
The heavy motor current isn't flowing through the switch that you touch with your finger.
Contact resistance doesn't change as you are just moving the contact from a finger switch to a relay.
It's still a physical make-n-break relay.

I'd go for better motors, or a volt boster and good lubrication on the regulator.
