Scanmaster readings - need input

Alright, I got my first turbo buick...a WE4 and bought a scanmaster also. After adjusting the IAC and the car warmup up I got.

I've been picking info from this site for years so I knew originally the iac above 50 at idle was high, and the tps was originally .40
Also, i havent tried clearing the mal code yet. Check engine light came on during highway cruise and went back off within a minute.
Also, the BLM's are out of range I think, rich condition? They have been as high as 113 but dropped off when the car warmed up. The car has a 93 chip in it.
Any input on the numbers? I'm just trying to get everything where it should be.

Ok, cleared the mal 51 and everything remained pretty much the same. BL value locked on 128 for a few minutes and then crept down to 108-110. I'm not sure how to bring that value closer to 128.

Check for intake air leaks ... PCV valve, vacuum lines, loose connection after the MAF, etc.
