Loosen nut. Adjust center with Allen wrench. In = more, out = less.

You can't squeeze blood from a rock. This regulator will not improve an old, weak pump. Pressure != volume.

Any suggestions on what kind of fuel pressure gauge I should buy??

Autometer or VDO seem to be the guages most seem to use. Pick the kind you like and go from ther.

Casper's Electronics has a small one with braided hose that can go right up to your windshield and is good for quick tuning.

How do these fuel pressure gauges work? Where do they tap in to to read the pressure?

They...uh...measure the pressure of the fuel in the rail.

Usually connected where the threaded cap is at the driver's side of the rail, where the Schrader valve is. Sometimes this calls for the valve to be removed. Note that your cap may already be missing.
