rjc plate

any one have any input on the rjc plate? was reading up on it and it claims to evenly distribute air into all cylinders would it improve idel and alow you to run more boost due to even flow to all cylinders therefore preventing knock? looking for input from anyone who has used it.........or is it not worth installing on a stock 86 gn
