I was wondering if anyone had put this unit in their car? I'm had a great deal of difficulty getting it lined up and in it's final position also I'm not really sure where they want me to mount it to the radiator and what to use to do so. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

i ran in to the same problem... wat i did was cut the brackets flush with the rest of the fans. and then had my dad make up little sheet metal brakcets to use the stock mouting holes and it came out real good. ill try and get some pics, if you intrested i can have my dad make up the brackets for ya

I'm not 100% sure how close Brian's fans are to the old ramcharger dual fans that were around (and i'm pretty sure it's the same fans more or less) but what I did was cut the side ears off. The one piece that covers the fan by the power steering pump I had to grind down some of the plastic on the fans to make that work as well. The best way to mount the actual fans is, you take that metal braket on yout stock fan that mounts at the top. Take it off the fan. Turn it over and it will now hold the new fans in place when you mount it. So it mounts where it did just upside down now. Kinda hard to describe and of course I don't have a picture but it works perfect. And it holds the fans just right. If you do this up grade it is very important you use that Caspers dual fan relay set up!! The adapter alone is no good. The fan circuit on these cars barely was enough for one fan let alone 2!

I found some pictures where I mounted my dual relays.. I mounted them at the bottom of the fans so you can't see any of it from the top..
