I have an 85 with about 56k miles. It is stock, but I have a nasty rough idle once it is warm. At low RPM, the idle is fairly rough and it hesitates. When I give it some gas, it accelerates smoothly; however, I do get some detination right as it is topping out 2nd gear. I am new to the vehicle, so any advice will probably be new advice for me. Thanks.

have you done a tune up on it yet?
having some scan tool data "turbolink" will help getting this Buick running up to par.

does the check engine light come on ?

Thanks for the reply. No, the check engine light is not on. I was thinking of converting the ECU to an 86-87 later. I know turbolink will work for the 84-85's and the 86-87's, but is that two different products or will one work for both?

Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a try. This is my first T-car and I want to get it running well stock before trying anything else.
