easy mid 11's with the right tune in there..

Tuning and tires are also big factors in how fast you can go. You have a good list of parts, now you have to make them work together by tuning.

I think you'd benefit greatly from more than 20 PSI if you have the fuel to handle it.

Don't want to intrude but how much boost can you run on a stock block setup safely?

Assuming you have a knock gauge or scan tool, start at 12 and watch for knock. You should be able to push 14 to 16 pounds on a stock set up.

it's a rebuilt engine, bored .030 with forged pistons, dual roller timing chain.

few guys i know here in philly run 20# on pump gas with a good tune, yes i have a scanmaster.

plan on getting 8" or 8.5" rims with some m/t. probably a SwayBar in the rear

NO alky?? they must be pulling some timming out

nope, just some very meticulous and careful tuning...

Phillyturbosix used to run 20# with out alky..
now i wouldn't do that for daily driving because you have to really watch,
but now he has alky

i wanted alky, but alky in a car that i drive 15-20k a year.. think i'll be replacing parts left and right.

i hear ya.. but i know the only way to run 20 psi with out any knock is to back the timming down.. "on pump gas and without alky"

You can do it with lowered compression...
