Trying to understand your message... :confused:

Did you already pull the heads? Are you thinking you blew a head gasket, or you already know it?

What needle was pegged? Boost gauge? Speedo? Water temp? Do you have any clue what boost you were running? Do you have an aftermarket boost gauge?

I havn't pulled the heads or anything. I'm not sure where to start, to find out why oil is coming out of the breather bypass. And I'm not sure how much boost I was running. can you help? thankyou

You may have blown a head gasket. And it may be blown into the lifter valley or in another way so as to pressurize the crankcase. That would start spewing oil out every vent it could find. Your description sounds just like just what Henry Dorsey experienced after he made his first 1/4 mile pass ever. A bunch of smoke and an engine compartment filled with oil. See http://www.gnttype.org/nats/97nats/nats97.html for what his head gasket looked like. (Toward the bottom of the page...) His wastegate control hoses were worn and slipped off the wastegate, causing his boost to rise into the stratosphere. Then...*pop*...headgasket time. :eek:

Time to do a compression and/or leakdown test on all six cylinders. I'm guessing you may have one or more showing leakage. *Resist driving the car in the meantime.*

What sort of advice are you looking for? You need a compression gauge for the first one. Screws into the spark plug hole. Disconnect the ECM (orange wire near battery) and spin the engine for four cycles. (You'll hear it) Note pressure. Go to next cylinder.

what is a good compression tool to check compression in the cylinders. And will this tell me if I blew a head gasket. Also does it matter which order of
cylinder when testing.
