Archives search reveals that the short block (less cam) weighs in at 200 lbs. The total combo weight will somewhat depend on which turbo and IC are used. But this should start giving you some idea.
The turbo V6 will have better fuel mileage than a big V8 when not being put to hard work, for what its worth.
