Goodwrench Install?
Has anyone had a gm dealer install a new 3.8?If so how much did you end up spending? Would they still do this?

Re: Goodwrench Install?
If you want a new turbo motor, better bring your own. When every one heard that the last of the motors had been produced, they scrambled to the dealers to get them before they could not be had, then tuck them away for safekeeping. I don't think you will find a turbo 3.8 motor anywhere in the GM pipeline.

Re: Goodwrench Install?
There are trusted shops/vendors that will build you a strong motor/block that is stronger than the stock motor. See our vendors list for some of them.
There are advances such as billet main caps, block girdles, and now even an aftermarket aluminum block that GM never even thought of.
