gona change out my fuel pump cause i got no idea whats in there, and ive heard that hotwiring is a good thing, but ive also heard it will burn out my fuel pump

There's no danger of "burning out" your pump if properly done.

There's hot wire kits available from several vendors (Racetronix, Casper's, Full Throttle, etc.). Use one of them and it's all good!

Its just battery voltage. The stock feed has 7 connections, each losing some voltage in the process. One direct wire does a better job. No harm in that.
