How much injector is too much?

I am running a stock turbo but I have a Walbro fuel pump, hotwire kit, and Bosch adj. FPR. (I would like to upgrade from my current stock injectors!) Would 009's be overkill for street use? The question here is: Is there any major reason why I should not be running 009's on this combo?

More than necessary, but they can be used with a good chip, monitoring your numbers, and tuning as needed. I don't see them causing problems.

Could you be more specific when you say "a good chip"?

If you upgrade your stock injectors to 009's you will also need to get a new chip burned just for the 009's, the new chip will control the 009's so it would not be too much for your car. The chip burned when upgrading must match the injector size to control fuel flow. HTH

A chip from a reputable source: Red Armstrong, TurboTweak, Jay Carter, etc.
