I am replacing my injectors with MSD 50's. They are flow matched but have not been used in some time now. What should I do before installing these on my car? How can I clean them? Where can I get new O-Rings? Any specific way to install them since they were flow matched and they have #'s etched into them. Each injector has a date, the number 128, and them another number like 44.8/44.9/etc.

Use Vaseline or some sort of light grease to THOROUGHLY lubricate the O rings on both ends before installation.
New O rings are probably still available through GM (and are pretty cheap). If not, I'd bet most of the vendors that sell injectors have access to spare O rings.
Put the highest flowing injectors in the #6 and #5 holes ... although, from what I've seen the 50s are erratic enough it might not matter.
