Where is the best place to put a fuel pressure sender on my 87?

I guess people have mounted theirs on the fuel rail and remove the schrader valve?

Sounds like a simple place to do it. That's where gauges usually mount. Is this for an electric gauge?

Yes. I want to mount the gauge on the A-pillar.
